Richard Harris graduated from Stanford University and Stanford Law School. He was a lawyer, a judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court for seventeen years, a member of the faculty of the California Judicial College in Berkeley, California for thirteen years, and is now a mediator.
“The Capo’s Mistress” is his first novel. He lives in California with his wife Maggi, who is his pride and joy, along with their six children, Margaret, Dick, Anne, John, Will and Joe, and many grandchildren.
When not working as a mediator, or writing, he can be found watching the grandkids play sports. You name it, they play it.
